• How to buy a privilege for credit or without a bank card?

  In the privilege purchase modal window, click the "Change payment method" button. The button is at the very bottom of the modal window.

• How do I cancel the monthly fee?

  To cancel the monthly fee you need to go to your profile settings then select the "Privilege" section and in the selected section you will see your subscription, by clicking "Cancel" you can cancel the monthly fee.

• Why is there a padding error?

  There are many different reasons why this error can occur. The main reasons may be problems related to your bank or with the payment system you are trying to deposit with.

   

  Try one of the following steps to resolve the issue:

   

  1. Choose another payment system when replenishing
  2. Try changing the deposit currency
  3. If you get an error message when topping up with a bank card, try changing your bank card.

• How does the reserve slot work?

  Reserve slot - gives you access to most servers that are "locked".
  Each server has 2 reserve slots for players with PREMIUM and LITE subscriptions. If there are 20/20 people on the server, 2 more players can join there with the privilege of up to 22/20.

   

  Note: With AMONG US, all types of RETAKE and EXECUTE are transferred to the watcher list in case of a full server. There are no free slots in CLUTCH, RETAKE CARDS, RETAKE, DUELS, DUELS 2X2, EXECUTE, PISTOL RETAKE, 5X5 and 2X2 modes.

• How does the “No ads” feature work?

  The “No ads” function removes partner advertising materials on the project's game servers (for example, banners). At the same time, elements of your own project design - such as logos and branding - are not considered advertising and can still be displayed.
